The Stairwell Gallery will play host to a dynamic exhibition programme with each lasting 3 – 6 months. Situated in the entrance to all of Empty Shops HQ’s facilities The Stairwell Gallery is a fantastic platform to showcase work.
The Stairwell Gallery is an exhibition space programmed and run by Empty Shop to encourage a culture of creative response at Empty Shop HQ and to provide an opportunity for artists to exhibit in a non-gallery context.
We are currently taking submissions for the next show in the Stairwell. There is no brief other than that the work must be original and created in direct response to the space.
